  • Hadnt seen this aircraft at an air show since 2010. The A-10 is primarily a ground attack aircraft.
  • And they surprised us with a fly over with the F-15 Eagle who flew from a base in Louisiana.
  • This was my second time to see an F-15 fly since the Nellis Air Show in Las Vegas.
  • Okay for the next few photos I'm going show you the B-17 Flying Fortress! My grandfather was a gunner on th is aircraft. When he was alive he told some stories of some the missions. I thought about him a lot as San Antonio is only a few hours drive from Houston. That's where he is buried.
  • Here it is with it's bomb bay doors open.
  • The aircraft that showed the Nazis who was boss.
  • The airplane that made fliying great as far as I'm concerned.
  • The Stearman!
  • The Navy Curtis Helldiver! Used to dive bomb ships and any amphibian watercraft.
